Faiqa is a seasoned real estate investment professional with a robust background in economics, accounting, and interior design. A Bahraini national, she holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of London.
Her career began at Ernst & Young, where she gained extensive experience in audit and consulting, working with blue-chip investment organisations such as InvestCorp and Arcapita.
Driven by her passion for real estate, Faiqa furthered her education at an interior design college in Chicago building on her creative acumen to complement her financial expertise. This unique combination of skills led her to the Engineers Office (EO) in Dubai, where she played a pivotal role in various high-profile projects. She then co-founded a successful interior design house, where she honed her strategic and operational capabilities.
Currently, Faiqa leads the Real Estate practice at Nur Capital, leveraging her diverse background to drive the firm’s investment strategies and portfolio growth.
